1965 Ford Mustang Convertiback. A Fastback and Convertible All In One?
In this short vid from MustangConnection1, a vintage 1965 Ford Mustang Convertiback is highlighted, and showcases a unique aspect found on this classic ride, a removable fastback hardtop!
Other features include a 289ci V8 engine, 2100 carburetor, automatic transmission, and power steering.
The two-tone interior features a wood-grain dash, glove-box door and steering wheel, real Ford air conditioning, and original working AM radio. Other exterior features include fog lamps and dual exhaust with the Ford trumpet chrome tips.
It’s a car we think you’re going to truly find interesting, especially if you’re into early Mustangs. Watch and see if you feel the same!
I’m hoping you dug that. It certainly got my attention.
If you own a 1965-1968 Mustang and are interested in a mod like this, I came across a company called Removable Fastbacks that builds removable fastback roofs that fit both convertibles and modified coupes.
I happen to be the person responsible for OldCarNutz.com, Greg Johnson, and my reason for having crafted this site is to share many, many pretty incredible pics and vids with lots of other classic car enthusiasts. There isn’t any more to it than that.
But this wasn’t my initial intention…
Listen, I need to level with you. The truth is, my own personal desires are really to thank for this site having been built. You see, I’m always watching videos on the topic of classic cars (like the 1965 Ford Mustang Convertiback video you just finished viewing), and a cool site on which I could re-watch my favorite videos is really what I was after.
I also believe that there is no shortage of opportunity online, which is another motivating factor in my decision to create this site. Why lie?
Hopefully you won’t hold it against me if I’m able to generate a little side income from sponsorships and/or product recommendations.
I’m a pretty straightforward person if you couldn’t tell. But please hear me… any possible monetary benefit is incidental, and I’m not here to sell you anything. If my sponsors happen to entice you with their offers, awesome! If not, then absolutely no worries. You just being here is good enough for me.
Sharing cool classic cars with good people like you is just plain fun for me!
It’s for this reason that I created OldCarNutz.com. It’s basically a place for cool people to come together and watch videos about some of the classic cars I grew up with. I hope you can appreciate that. If so, I’d love to see you here again.
So keep in touch! I’ll just keep sharing useful videos which cover areas like vintage cars, hot rods, and muscle cars… and on and on.
